brillé kitchen ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. this policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

what we collect

order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (for delivery), order contents
payment info: handled directly by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal). we never see your full card number.
website use: standard analytics — pages viewed, device type, referring source. used to improve the site, never sold.
marketing: only if you opt in (email signup, newsletter)

why we collect it

to fulfill your orders
to respond to customer service questions
to send order confirmations and tracking updates
to send marketing emails — only if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime in any email)
to detect fraud and keep accounts secure

who we share it with

shopify: our store platform (hosting, checkout, analytics)
shipping partners: Canada Post, USPS, DHL, and our fulfillment partners — only what they need to deliver your order
payment processors: Shopify Payments, PayPal

we don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
