by using brillekitchen.com ("the site") and placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below. these exist to keep things clear and fair on both sides.
orders & pricing
- all prices are in CAD. taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- placing an order is an offer to buy. we confirm acceptance when we ship.
- we reserve the right to cancel any order — we'll refund you in full and explain why.
- typos in pricing or descriptions happen. if a listed price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before charging.

we try to represent every piece honestly — colors on screen may vary slightly from the actual item, and handmade items have natural variation. that's part of the appeal, not a defect.

all content on the site — logo, copy, photography, design — belongs to brillé kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.
limitation of liability
our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. any disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
changes
we may update these terms occasionally. continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version.
