returns & refunds

we want every order to feel like it belongs in your kitchen. if something arrives and it doesn't — wrong item, damaged in transit, or simply not what you imagined — reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

what's eligible

  • unused, unopened items in original packaging
  • items received damaged or defective (please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery)
  • items that don't match the listing description

what's not

  • opened consumables (matcha powder, tea leaves, coffee beans) — for food safety
  • items damaged through use
  • final-sale items (marked at checkout)

how it works

  1. email hello@brillekitchen.com with your order number and reason
  2. we'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. once your return arrives at the warehouse, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method

buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. for damaged/wrong items we cover everything, no questions.

cancellations

orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement — once an order leaves the warehouse, it follows the return process above.
