brillé ships worldwide. most of our pieces come from small workshops and specialty suppliers, so we ship from a few locations — here's what to expect.
processing time
orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. you'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking attached.
delivery time
- canada & usa: 7–14 business days
- uk, eu, australia: 10–18 business days
- rest of world: 14–21 business days
these are averages, not guarantees. customs, weather, and holiday surges can add a few days — we'll flag anything unusual in your tracking email.
shipping cost
- free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD
- $8 CAD flat rate on orders under $50
- international rates calculated at checkout
tracking
every order ships with tracking. you'll receive the link by email once your label is scanned by the carrier (usually within 24 hours of fulfillment).
customs & duties
international orders may be subject to customs fees on arrival — these are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. we declare honest values on every package.
lost or delayed
if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email hello@brillekitchen.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier.
